How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile information:

  1. Navigate to the "Account Settings" from the dashboard
  2. Click on the "Profile Information" tab
  3. Update your information as needed
  4. Click "Save Changes" to confirm your updates

Your changes will be reflected immediately across the platform.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Go to "Account Settings"
  2. Select the "Security" tab
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Create and confirm your new password
  5. Click "Save Changes"

For security reasons, you'll need to use a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

How can I verify my account?

Account verification is completed in three steps:

  1. Provide your basic information (name, address, etc.)
  2. Upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, driver's license)
  3. Submit proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

How do I make a deposit?

What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?

  • Maximum daily deposit (fully verified): KSh 500,000

To enable two-factor authentication:
